I heard all in my career,
The lies people say to them self not even to me… they say always something like :

I start next Monday,
I will start when I’m done with this exams,
Or I don’t have enough time, bla bla but let have a real talk, Example :
We all spend several hours or minutes in our social media and sometimes we don’t manage the time in the best way so are you willing to see differences?
Are you willing to have a better life style !?

Guess what we are all humans so if someone CAN guess what???

YOU can as well 👌🏼💪

My point is …
You can do it even if u put 25-30 min a day.

The key is just give the first step !
