DRILL: Working on Quick Touches While Transitioning

Player skates with the puck from the blue line, pushes it under the deviator, and regains control.
Player then skates backward, carries the puck around the pylon, pivots to forward, and finishes with a shot on net.

DRILL: Forward Progressions Within The Zone

The first player skates out and collects a pass from the second player in line.
After making the pass, the second player skates to the corner and receives a return feed from first player.
The second player then passes behind the net to the opposite-side player, while the first player moves into the slot, receives the return pass, and finishes with a one-timer shot on net.

Coach passes the puck along the wall, and both players rush to retrieve it.
Player O (red) collects the puck, Player O (blue) pivots backward, and receives a pass from player O (red).
Player O (blue) then skates, turns along the blue line, and attempts to score, while player O (red) defends in a 1 vs 1 situation, trying to block the shot.

On Coach's whistle, players skate between the cones then jump above the obstacle and work on transition around the nets.
Players then jump above the obstacle and go between the cones other side.
Players then return to their original positions.
