Proud Human Hoops League 3x3 is an athlete-driven, all-girls league where players build teams, make decisions, and compete in a space built for them.

Fast, competitive play.

Szn 1 is live.
Proud Human Hoops League 3x3 - a space to be brave.

This is where girls build their own teams, coach each other, and gain real experience.
Where she can play free. Play confident.
She builds her crew. She leads. She learns by doing.

Szn 1 is a four-stop tour + Cup Final for girls 11–18 - all FIBA-endorsed and earning ranking points in a growing Olympic sport.

It all begins with the Szn 1 Tour Pass, her eligibility to compete.
Clinics are optional add-ons, but they’re where she gains her advantage through 3x3 development and workshops for both athletes and supporters.

Then she builds her team.
Picks her Tour Stops.
And competes as often as she wants.

A league led by women hoopers.
A community built for courage, creativity, and connection.

Launching Szn 1 today means a little more - it marks one year since Proud Human Hoops began.
A year of building an ecosystem for girls in basketball to take up space and grow into who they’re becoming.

Szn 1 runs December to May at Kerr Hall.

Playmakers & Kicks – Friday Night Giveback Clinics

We’ve been quiet on here, but we’re finally sharing what we’ve been building — and we’re just getting started.

Every Friday night in May, we’re creating something more than a clinic.
A space where girls and women grow their game, build confidence, and give back.
We’re also collecting over 150 pairs of basketball shoes for athletes in Ghana through our partnership with OAK FLF.

If you’re ready to train with intention and be part of something bigger, this is for you.

Fridays: May 2, 9, 16, 23, 30
Time: 7:45–9:00 PM
Location: Saint Frère André – 330 Lansdowne Ave
Open to girls and women ages 11–25
(Rep, competitive, collegiate, and pro level)
