He played a pivotal role in the series "Rush, " which was nominated for Best Television Series Drama at the Africa Magic Viewer's Choice Awards. Neil has created two series: "OASIS," which is in development with support from the CMF (Canada Media Fund) and the NFVF (National Film and Video Foundation of South Africa) and "Maxus:The New King" a finalist in the prestigious AfroAnimation Short Film Festival in Los Angeles and was picked up by the online TV channel Fox SOUL. Every year I help a group of actors for the entirety of that year with their acting skills, their materials (headshots, resumes, agents, etc.) and union credits.
Every actor in this limited size group has the option of writing a short film (9 pages or less) to submit to me. I then chose one of them to be filmed.
Actors in the group who wish to produce the film do so and then become the owner(s) of the film. I guide them on the production activities.
I then direct and edit the film.
This group I have named the Actor Core Group (ACG).
