Neil has created two series: "OASIS," which is in development with support from the CMF (Canada Media Fund) and the NFVF (National Film and Video Foundation of South Africa) and "Maxus:The New King" a finalist in the prestigious AfroAnimation Short Film Festival in Los Angeles and was picked up by the online TV channel Fox SOUL.
