I’m not training and eating right just for a summer body. I’m doing it for the version of me years from now—the one who can still move freely, stay strong, and live without constant aches and pain.
I want to be able to lift my own groceries, travel with ease, keep up with my future grandkids, and feel capable in my body every single day. Strength, mobility, and health are the real goals.
Looking good is a bonus… but feeling strong, independent, and pain-free? That’s the win.
