Coming off a busy week of ASP Baton and Handcuff Certification. Total of 38 new CERTIFIED officers. Alot of pushups....and alot of time sweating in 30 degree sun but all worth it...AND of course we ended having some candidates sporting the favourite PINK handcuffs!

ASP Baton and Handcuff Certification. 7 Candidates...6 Certifications! ASP is earned NOT given. If it was easy then everyone would have it. Great job by the candidates. We even managed to get outside for some realistic rear alley training on uneven ground. It was a long strenuos day with a few close calls on lunch being thrown up. Congratulations to those who earned their Certification. Amazing effort. Think we may have a few more people quitting smoking.

Mr Stephan Seljan warming up with multi-directional striking in the 4 man box drill. Striking in different angles of attack while continuing to cover the main knockout points with multiple attackers. Great warmup for the shoulders and core before we get into our late night combat sessions.

ASP Baton and Handcuff Certification for Private Security. A long and tiring two days for alot of the candidates. Several admitted to wanting to quit on several occasions but pushed through and succeeded. ASP is the highest level and standard for LE Baton and Handcuffing...it is not meant to be easy! As always every candidate now understands why I said "ASP Certification is EARNED...not GIVEN! EFNQ!!!

Recent Private Security ASP Handcuff Certification for Ultimate Security Services. Great group, good long hard day with all candidates receiving Certification. As always....pushups and some planks...some worked harder than others...hmmmm hmmm right Mister "A"?!! Apparently i was unaware that wall pushups are just as hard as regular pushups if they are done with "intensity".
