As a postpartum doula, I offer my clients a variety of services including:

∙ guidance as you anticipate the addition of a baby to your family
∙ assistance in selecting necessary gear (stroller, etc) for you and your baby
∙ personalized instruction in prenatal pilates to build strength and stamina in preparation for labor

{after baby arrives}
∙ nurturing support so you

can enjoy your new role with confidence
∙ education for you (and your family) about what to expect in baby’s first months
∙ non-judgmental coaching through challenges such as sleeping, feeding, family dynamics, etc
