Indoor WInter Bike Training Starts Saturday November 29th
When: Saturdays, November 29th thru March 28th starting at 8.00am (2 hrs and closer to 3 hrs in March)
Location: Community Centre - 292 Kettleby Road, between Jane and Keele
Cost: $300.00 +HST = $339

Again you will need your 2014/15 OAT membership to participate in these classes for anyone that does not have please let us know and we can put it in under the indoor club membership ($10.00).

We are also looking into storage for the wind trainers, if this is something your are interested in please let us know.

Come join us at Kettleby for our indoor cycling classes with Cindy Lewis. Cindy is a local pro triathlete/chiropractor who just came off a 9:30:29 at Ironman Florida a couple of months ago. The big feat is that IMFL was her 3rd Ironman in 10 weeks. Awesome accomplishment!!!

Well folks as most of the racing season is coming to a close, we turn our thoughts to what will we do for those fall and winter months.

We have had more interest than last year and will again be offering our indoor cycling training, for anybody new to our indoor community here's what it looks like.

when: Saturdays starting Nov 2nd thru March 29th from 8.00am-10.00am
Location: 292 Kettleby road, between Jane and Keele
Cost: $300.00 +HST = $339
Again you will need your 2013 OAT membership to participate in these classes, for anyone that does not have please let us know and we can put it in under the club membership for $40

We are also looking into storage for wind trainers, if this is something your are interested in please let me know.

These classes will be lead as usual by a top cycling instructor whose bios are being sent.

Please let me know if you wish to register and I will forward the appropriate forms for you to sign, spots will fill up fast, first come basis.
