Health & fitness should be for the LONG TERM! & I will say this over and OVER again 👏🏼
When you start defining progress as something fast or dramatic, it becomes really easy to fall into things that were never meant to last (extreme workout plans, restrictive diets, & chasing quick results)
REAL progress is quieter than that.
It’s showing up when you don’t want to, building strength over time, improving your mobility/control/balance, resting when your body needs it, eating nourishing meals.
It’s TRUSTING that consistency will always take you further than short term intensity.
That’s the kind of health & fitness that actually lasts. The kind that supports your life, your routine, your energy. Not something you constantly have to start over.
