This past weekend, we traded the studio for a patio playground and celebrated with some fun in the sun with our loved ones. Behind every early morning class, every late-night close, every smoothie, spa treatment, and Sweat Fam moment is a team of over 300 that shows up for our community and each other, 364 days a year.⁠

To our instructors, front of house, back of house, Tonic Bar, Tonic Spa, marketing, operations, finance, and leadership teams - and all the little ones who joined the fun - thank you for making the Sweat Fam what it is.⁠
