The question that I keep getting is “welcome back to Collingwood, where are you teaching?”

The short answer is… I’m not teaching random dropping classes anymore.

The longer answer, my work is evolving because I’m evolving. And honestly, the women in my world are to.

What worked at 35 doesn’t always work at 45, 50, 55+.

The random workouts.
The go harder mentality.
The disconnected approach to movement.

It’s not landing the same way anymore.
And truthfully? I don’t want to just teach classes anymore.

I want to work with women in a deeper, more curated way.

That’s why I’ve created my signature four month container.

A space where we focus on:
Strength
Mobility
Nervous system regulation
Mindset
Confidence
And rebuilding trust with your body again

This isn’t about crushing yourself to exhaustion.

It’s about training in a way that actually supports this season of life you’re in.

And the beautiful thing is… You still have access to me.

Mindset is one of the main things I love to work on with women in midlife/menopausal.
It’s such a huge part of this Era. What we tell ourselves matters. How we speak to ourselves matters.
Stop sh****ng all over yourself.
Let’s celebrate this third act of life.
We are QUEENS.
We’ve done all the things. We’ve raised kids. We’ve taken care of parents. We’ve been the rock for our families.
It’s our time to shine!

To the woman who’s done the work. The woman who shows up.
The woman who knows her body, but lately, something feels off.

Yoga didn’t just save my life.
It also broke me. And then it saved me again over and over.

For 30 years, I practiced the way I taught, Asana, Meditation, repeat.

You’ve probably heard it too. Asana prepares the body for meditation.

And yes, it does.
But no one talks about what happens when the body starts whispering.
Then pushing.
Then straight up saying “Hey, this isn’t working anymore.”

Tight hips, shoulders that don’t want to cooperate, old injuries that never fully recovered.

Sound familiar? So I did what I now teach you to do.
I stopped pushing, and I started paying attention.
I adapted.
I pivoted.
I got honest.
And that’s when everything shifted.
I added load.
I built strength with my yoga.
I started moving in ways that actually supported this season of life.

Full range of motion.
Mobility and Strength.
Finding Steel Mace Vinyasa didn’t just change my practice.
It rebuilt my body.
Stronger.
More resilient.
More me than ever before.
