CreativeSOULyoga is the creative invention of Christine Lynes, dedicated Yogaphile of nearly two decades. Christine has taught Yoga or therapeutic creative movement in Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver and Chicago and has been a prolific Yoga professional in the GTA for over a decade. Some of her most memorable yoga experiences include; creation of a movement therapy course for down syndrome youth (Gra

nville Island False Creek C.C.), teaching at the COEO Fall conference in the stunning Haliburton Highlands, teaching yoga to babies; anytime and anywhere and teaching kids yoga at Toronto’s beautiful Harbourfront Centre by the water. Currently working on a curriculum that uses yoga, creative movement and the creative arts to address the need in society for organized corporeal somatic movement play and communication in order to balance our obsessive engagement with technology. CSY offers private and semi private, work-place or location yoga classes in the comfort of your own home across the GTA, & studio classes in the Mississauga area. Fun for all, these workshops fuse the arts with yoga in a very unique way.
