A sincere THANK YOU to everyone who contributed to and took part in the event over the last 5 years in any capacity. Was a special 5 years, gathering to remember Matthew - and a whole lot of fun!!! This may have been the last year of the event in this format - but the legend that was Matthew J.S. Peebles will continue to live on through or memories, our actions and through the great contributions to the community we were able to accomplish with the funds raised from this event!

Thank you - and stay tuned for potential future events in Matt's memory!

Hey bowlers, a few important announcements as this Saturday's event fast approaches!

Online registration for the tournament has now closed. If you've yet to sign up, you can do so at the lanes on the day of the event. See everyone at Parkway Bowl on Saturday @ 4:45 PM for registration!

As per usual, make sure your team costume is top notch - you gotta dress for success! Matt was all about wearing ridiculous attire/wigs for a laugh it should be no surprise there's prizes for best team costume! Let's see what you got!

For bowlers over 19 - Please bring a bottle of/6-pack of "cheer" per team to contribute to the raffle as in past years. It's a great way for us to raise funds for "Their Opportunity"

*** IMPORTANT REMINDERS ***
Hey everyone, time's really flown and the 5th and final Matt Peebles Bowling Tournament is less than a week away! As always, we're really excited for the event and can't wait to see everyone.

A few reminders for all those hoping to attend:
-We'll be closing online registration on Wednesday so make sure to sign up for the event at the link below.

-Signing up in advance not only makes running the event easier for us - but if interested - it reserves you a spot on the double decker bus to the afterparty at the Firkin on King (the bus is filling up fast - get a seat while they're still available)!

-Each bowler needs to register individually. Remind your teammates!

-It's important to be dressed for success! Work on your team costumes so you can roll in style!!!

The tournament is to run May 13th, from ~5:00 - 7:30 PM (approximate) with a 4:45 PM Registration/Check-in Tournament Dues: $65 per bowler *Each bowler on your team must register/pay separately...

***Important Info/Reminders - PLEASE READ***

Hey bowlers/bowlettes,

The 5th and final Matthew Peebles Memorial Bowling Tournament is fast approaching, with this year's tournament on May 13th!

As per usual, the event should be a fun-filled evening of bowling, laughs and great times in the company of Matt's family and many friends - in support of a great cause (Their Opportunity!). Given this is the last year we're planning on running the event in this format we're really hoping to give this event the awesome send-off it deserves, so:

-Get in touch with your friends/family, put together your team of 3, and try to get your teams signed up for the event by the early-bird deadline, next Wednesday April 12th. If you sign up by then, you'll be guaranteed an amazing limited edition MPMBT item (past items have been t-shirts, mugs, towels and frisbees), and this years is sure to be something special! You'll also be entered in a draw for a prize. Try to encourage each member of your team to register individually - it saves us work at the registration table AND will reserve you a seat on the bus (see below).

-For bowlers aged 19+: The MPMBT After-Party is BACK... and so is the double decker bus to pick us up from the lanes and take us there! So reserve your spot on the bus (48 seats available - reserve your spot by RSVPing on your tournament registration - click the link above). Then, on the day of the tournament you can leave your car at home, take a bus/cab/uber to the lanes - and after the tourny you'll be able to hop on the bus for a fun filled lift down to the After-Party at the Firkin on King street W. We have a section reserved at the Firkin, and a drink special arranged - so let's hop on the bus, share a story or two of Matt, and have a great time in memory of the guy we all know would be (and still IS) the life of the party!!!

-Lastly, we're always seeking prize donors and lane sponsors for the tournament.
