What's better?
1. Hitting 200 golf balls per practice session?
2. Hitting 50 golf balls per practice session?
I personally think for the majority of golfers out there, I'd be recommending you hit 50 vs 200, why?
With 200 balls in one session, there's a very high chance half or even 3/4 of those golf balls are hit with absolutely no plan whatsoever, vs the 50 golf balls, you can split those up into piles of 10 & control your practice much better.
During practice, you need to be fully immersed in what you are doing & what you are trying to achieve. With 200 balls next to you, you might be able to concentrate for 60 balls, but the other 140 balls you are going to be getting tired & just going through the motions
I think quality practice is better than that pure number of golf balls you can hit with no intension
