As parents, sometimes the best memories come from simply saying “yes” to the trip. 🥹✨

We recently spent 24 hours at West Edmonton Mall staying at the Fantasyland Hotel, and watching the girls experience everything for the first time made it so worth it. From sleeping in a truck-themed room to splashing around at Canada’s largest indoor waterpark and riding their very first Ferris wheel at Galaxyland, every little moment felt so special.

I know they probably won’t remember every detail one day, but we will. The excitement in their voices, the nonstop smiles, the little “wows” — those are the moments that make family travel so meaningful.

If you’re looking for family-friendly things to do in Canada, especially with toddlers or young kids, West Edmonton Mall honestly makes such a fun weekend getaway. There’s something for every age, and having everything in one place makes traveling with little ones so much easier.
