July 4 2027 Canaqua Sports will be at Kelso Park in Milton with an open water swim, swimrun and trailrun.

Only 2 more Ontario events this season for Canaqua Sports. It has been a great one so far, and we look forward to ending off with a BANG.
1. Mudskipper SwimRun - Milton, Milton Open Water Swim, and the Inaugural Milton Runs 7.5K and 15K Trail Run on August 16 in Area 8 Conservation in Milton
2. Welland Canal Open Water Swim - August 30. Distances range from 1K to 15K, all taking place at the Welland International Flatwater Centre.

What a great day in Parry Sound as the Mudskipper SwimRun Challenge traveled north for ourb3rd Ontario event of the season. The weather was amazing as over 75 people conquered the water and trails of Georgian Bay and their nearby trails.....what a day

Coming in 1 month Tomorrow. Mudskipper SwimRun - Milton, Milton Open Water Swim, and the Inaugural Milton Runs 7.5K and 15K Trail Run.
This is a new date for the event that we ran in September last year.

Location: Area 8 Conservation Area
Come and swim in the Fresh water of the Area 8 Quarry, and run the trails of Kelso Park in this unique day of Endurance sports.
This event is sanctioned by Triathlon Ontario, and is the Mudskipper Canadian Individual SwimRun Championships
