One of the most problem of golfers: feeling relax on the practice swing but get so much pressure and tense muscles on the shot. LV Golf has helped many golfers to get away with this problem with few simple tips:
- Don't think about the ball. the ball does not move. Look at the ball but don not see it.
- Practice swing should be same as the shot will avoid you have to do something special on the shot.
- Let the swing and club to do the work. Don't help the club. When you try to help the club on the shot, your swing will Not the same as your practice swing and it will be a bad shot.
- Practice air swing a lot at home will help to reduce the focus to ball.
