But remember, in class we are counting breaths !!

We know how easy it is for everything to become content these days.
But our classes are one place we choose to keep off camera.
When you walk into this room know that you can move, sweat, wobble, rest, struggle laugh and completely disappear into your practice without wondering if you are being recorded.
Our teachers attention belongs with the students in the room —not with a camera.
If you ever see “class footage “ from us, it’s been intentionally staged with people who know they are being filmed.
Some boundaries are worth keeping even in the age of content.
