$75 tip from a young man who works part-time making pizza and carries a cellphone without data. "These are all I have," he said. "No, you don't need to," I said emphatically. He insisted, saying that I spent extra time teaching him.

I had vowed to not spend extra hours for clients as they took away my hours with my kids. Last night when I got home, i couldn't find time to play hockey with my son on the driveway. Tonight when I got home, my daughter was already asleep.

I don't regret spending extra time imparting extra skills to him due to my consideration of his circumstances. In return, he taught me to see the truth of the saying: people with less give more.

Do you believe that in general people with lewith less give more?

Last Saturday Mitchell from Waterloo finally accomplished what he had wanted to do for a long time: climbing and rappelling on real rock cliffs!

Mitchell was very appreciative that Xiaoping at Zen Climb helped him to make this happen. Xiaoping felt really good for being part of Mitchell's firsts.

It was a beautiful autumn day.

Back in August, a lovely couple from London, England spent a day with us: warming up with top roping, progressing on single pitch sport lead climbing and rappelling, finishing with multi-pitch lead climbing and rappelling.

They went back to the cliff and lead climbed on their own the following day!

We were all very happy that they were ready for their climbing tour in the continent of Europe!
