💯YOUR BODY'S CAPABILITIES ARE ENDLESS

This summer I discovered a new skill.
Above the ground handstands!!! It sounds so crazy to me because only a year ago I wasn't able to balance off the ground properly.

I definitely leveled up my handstand abilities by overcoming my fears. Simply to say I was stubborn. I couldn't accept not being able to do it. I kept pushing myself to try it over and over again.

I definitely appreciate all the hard work behind it, because thats exactly what helps me grow and appreciate my achievements.

Not longer after my daily practices, I succeeded in making a first attempt to balance.

For the past year and a half I wanted to attend weekly classes with professionals but covid got in a way. So I was pushed to develop skills on my own. Still considering taking classes to keep improving my skills

Now I am able to practice handstands above the ground and it makes me super proud and excited to keep exploring my abilities.

Our bodies are incredible indeed. Keep moving daily. Walk, run, cycle, dance, climb. Explore you abilities and it will bring you an incredible joy!

I'm so excited to become a part of Girls Gone Strong community 💪🏼😝

I can't wait to continue my professional growth and my ultimate goal in helping women stay strong and healthy!

I'm taking a new pre and post natal certification from one of the best in the world!

The reason why I only work with women is because I commit all my time and focus in this specific area. My expertise is ultimately a whole women's health. Thats why my next step is to become a pre and post pregnancy health specialist.

We, as women, going through an incredible number of challenges, giving a birth is one of them. Besides having a good doctor and pelvic health physiotherapist, pregnant women want to have a pre and post natal coach to maintain safe and effective physical activity pre and post pregnancy. It will not only help you stay healthy but also may improve and ease your labor and help you recover better after giving a birth.

Excited for a new chapter and to make a difference in the world of women's health🤟🏼

🤸🏻‍♀️WHAT IS YOUR DAILY MOVEMENT?

✨We all know that its important to move daily. And it doesn't mean we have to do just workouts, it means to participate in varies fun activities.

✨Either its walking, cycling, hiking, doing yoga or handstands. Enjoy your movement and stay active that's the key. Hence, we get less aches and pains. Keep your body mobile and strong!

✨As women we get a lot on our plate. From managing the job to home to being a mom all these things can take place at the same time and life gets messy. Therefore, we gotta be badass women, strong mentally and physically. Make sure you prioritize time to your health and your daily movement, girl you need it!

✨I have lots of fav movements: my top ones are handstands, snowboarding and cycling. One of the achievements of this year is press handstand, I have practiced many hours to get there and very excited to keep learning new tricks. I do miss snowboarding tho!

😁Active and healthy lifestyle shouldn't be boring, spice up your life with daily movement and let yourself sometimes to be a goof.

😝Play with your dog, go on a leisure hike with your friends, blast the music and dance! Be creative.

🙌Movement and good food equals happiness.

Add vitamins, minerals and fiber to your daily diet by indulging some fruit snack. Fruits also aid in weight loss, so including it in your diet has lots of benefits. This has been proven on myself.
