Perimenopause Might Be The Most Gaslit Phase of A Woman’s Life
One expert says:
“Weight gain is normal”
Another says:
“You’re just not trying hard enough”
Then someone else says:
Lift Heavy
No wait … you’re overtraining
Do more cardio
