She almost didn’t start.
In her very first check in with LadyTheF^ckUp coach Magda Banas in January 2026, she wrote:
“I definitely question if I am actually ready or capable for this. I absolutely had a moment of what have I done. But I’m going to keep showing up, one day at a time.”
And honestly, that became the whole plan. Just keep showing up.
6 weeks later, she was standing in her closet trying on clothes she hadn’t been able to wear in over three years, telling Magda she almost cried.
Then March hit and she called it survival mode but still showed up for every single workout.
That was the week we knew something had changed.
In June, she ran her first 5K in over five years.
A couple weeks ago, she messaged Magda:
“I bought a pair of low rise jeans yesterday in a size 1. Like are you kidding me?! I’m proud of me.”
I’m proud of me.
And in August, she came home from 10 days away, something that used to completely derail her, and instead of “starting over,” she simply went back to her routine.
Because starting over is exhausting.
So she stopped doing that.
8 months later, these photos are the result.
But the real transformation is that she no longer needs everything to be perfect in order to keep going.
