Weโre excited to announce that a brand new session of KidstopTO LIFT is starting in April!
Program Dates:
April 13โ June 9
(8-week program, with one week off for the May long weekend- May 18/19)
Session Options:
Mondays at 4:00 PM
Tuesdays at 4:00 PM
Fridays at 4:00 PM
(You will choose one day)
LIFT is designed to help kids build confidence, strength, and healthy movement patterns through age-appropriate exercises, muscle-building basics, proper technique, andโmost importantlyโfun. Each session blends fitness with play so your child stays engaged, active, and excited to move their body.
For first timers, we will be offering a free trial session Monday March 23 or Tuesday March 24. In this session we will review the basics and go over the program and expectations from participants:)
