Racheal Kalaba has obtained a Masters in Management of Community and Volunteer Services in Dublin at Dublin College University and All Hallows College in the Republic of Ireland; she has a Degree in Development Studies from Kimmage Development Studies Center, in Dublin Republic of Ireland. She has been part of the volunteers in 2007 who worked with the Norwegian Olympic sports Committee (NIF) in Norway β exchange program, as well as the Tackling Poverty Together (TPT) program as part of the UN youth initiative of engaging African Youths in Poverty Reduction. Her education and experience has exposed her in both field and office work. Racheal Kalaba is passionate about youth and women; she was elected at the World Assembly for International Rural Youth Movement (MIJARC) as Pan Africa Coordinator to represent issues of marginalized youths of Africa in 2015. She worked as CEO for Camara Education Zambia for 4 years and her role was mainly supporting volunteers, lobbying, promotion and advocacy of ICT in the education sector,
Racheal Kalaba has been a key voice in the advocacy and promotion of youth and women issues in Zambia. through the Zambia Women Institute for Leadership and Learning (ZamWILL) which she is the Founder. she has experience in seating in different boards and a member of the member and certified trainer in Cooperate Governance with the Zambia Institute of Directors IoD. Her hobbies are dancing, travelling, cooking and reading novels and taking long walks and jogging.
