Incredible memories made with this special group of Cirque du Soleil artist. I have had the pleasure of working with this company since 2014 but have to say this group of people made my experience beyond incredible. I won’t say good bye but I will say, until next time!

So many moving pieces. These artist in Kurios have been working so hard perfecting this show that was closed for over 2.5 yrs. So when someone isn’t able to make it, I get in some Pilates.
Kurios is coming to end. One week left.

We have a new Comp group starting at the Corporate Training Centre in Toronto and I came into the studio with this on the white board. Pretty impressive. These students were reviewing Postural Theory. This was done after their 2 day of class! Love it.
