A- I enjoy the art of coaching. I believe everyone has a path to improvement and I love finding the way to go.

Q- What’s your favourite part about working at ZONE W?
A- I love working at Zone W because of our focus on lifestyle improvement and athletic performance.

Q- As a track athlete, what do you love most about the sport?
A- What I love about running track the most is meeting people and learning their stories.

Q- What is your favourite exercise?
A- Anything cross core. Coordinating the right arm with the left leg and vice versa. Favourite of the bunch is single arm, half off the bench, chest press.

Q- Your favourite sport quote?
