Golden Eagles Basketball Academy Providing wings to those learning to fly and wind behind those ready to soar!

We are a private basketball academy specializing in training youth basketball players of various ages and skill levels. Our coaches are appropriately trained and professional in their approach to teaching and developing basketball skills in a fun, positive and supportive environment. The Academy was founded and is led by Coach Chris Marcinkiewicz who has been coaching youth basketball in the GTA for over a decade. He is in the process of becoming certified at the Train to Compete NCCP level (previously Level 3). Coach Chris is joined by Coach Dan Gorecki and Coach Reid Walton, both of who have experience coaching at the Rep Club level and are also NCCP certified. The Golden Eagles are looking for talented and committed players to join our U19 Men’s Rep Team for the 2026–27 season!

📅 Thursday, August 27, 2026
⏰ 7:30-9 PM
📍 Star Academy - 1400 South Service Rd, Mississauga
🎂 Open to players born in 2008 or 2009
⚠️ Players must register online for the tryout before attending. Walk-ins are not guaranteed a spot.

🦅 Tryouts are currently underway for ALL Golden Eagles Rep teams, with additional sessions taking place this week and over the coming weeks. Visit our website to view the complete tryout schedule and register online.

🍁 Introducing our Season Pathway, where players benefit from a structured year long program. From 🍂 Fall 2026 Jr. NBA/Jr. WNBA program that also incorporates 3v3 games, into ❄️ Winter 2027 Basketball League, followed by 🌸 Spring and 🌞Summer programs. All intended to build 💪⛹️‍♀️. Of course for those looking at high competitive play, we also form Rep teams at various age groups.

💰 No cost to attend
