For a long time, I thought my body was the problem.
Every negative test felt like proof. Every symptom felt like betrayal. And the more I blamed my body, the more disconnected I felt from it.
Here’s what I now teach every client:
Your body is not failing you. It’s communicating with you.
Irregular cycles, delayed ovulation, hormonal imbalances, stress responses — these are not character flaws. They are signals. And when we constantly criticize, override, or ignore those signals, we increase stress… which only makes healing harder.
When your body feels safe, supported, and regulated, it functions differently.
Healing begins when we move from punishment to partnership.
Instead of:
“What’s wrong with me?”
We start asking:
“What is my body trying to tell me?”
“What support does it need right now?”
That shift changes everything — emotionally and physically.
