2026 has not been the most kind to me 😏 I’ve had a less than ideal month, with one thing happening after another, BUT I’ve had a huge takeaway from it. It’s truly shown me how far I’ve come with my habits and lifestyle.

If life threw me the curve balls from this past month earlier on in my fitness journey - it would have completely derailed me. I would have given up, stopped going to the gym, eating off routine, increased alcohol intake; a complete mind shift for the worst.

Instead 👉 this past month I’ve continued to show up on the days I’m not feeling well, where motivation is low and stress is high, where I’d love nothing more than to hide away and ignore all life’s responsibilities.

I still:
Ate most meals on track.
Completed minimum 3 workouts a week.
Stayed positive.

And by doing this, I’ve been able to stay consistent with my goals. Some days are less than optimal but life is not going to be easy every day. The hard days will pass and my future self will be thankful I showed up when I could.

It doesn’t have to be perfect, but it does need to be consistent; a lifestyle.

You can buy the program, wish for change and dream of big results, but unless you take the action and complete the necessary steps - nothing will happen.

Your mindset is the biggest tool, use it.
