Canada Day 5K Trail Run

5K at Trowbridge Falls.

8:30 - 9:30 am kit pick up
10:15 am Walkers 5K start
10:30 am Runners 5K start
10:40 am Kids Race
Awards and Prizes after last participant crosses finish line.

Members $35
Non-members $45

The first 100 paid registrants will get a finisher medal and swag

Awards for top 5 km runners in the following categories:
🥇16 and under
🥇39 and under female
🥇39 and under male
🥇40 and over female
🥇40 and over male

Free Kids Race
Choose from a 50 meter run or a 400 meter loop.
For children 10 and under
