Start 2026 off incorporating health and wellness into your routine. Classes are a gentle slow flow, and add Stength, Balance and Peace to your week.

Join us Monday or Thursday evening at 7pm.
Starting week of January 5th.

Small class sizes, so space fills up fast. Message me to book your spot.
