Congrats to my buddy Nick for being selected by the Saskatchewan Roughriders in the CFL draft. 🏉

Nicks definitely overcame some obstacles and life stuff.However, his hard work and focus got him to the place he is now.

I was glad to provide Nick a place to train, especially during covid.

Congrats to Cruz and his team, the Grandview Grizzlies, for winning their Fraser Valley zone championship.Cruz picked up the tournament MVP as well 💥.

Cruz has been working hard on the court and in the gym in the off-season, and it is paying off for him. 🏀 🏋️‍♀️ 🏃‍♂️

The Grizzlies also won their league regular season and their district championship.

John has been absolutely been killing his goals and surpassed them by a mile. 💥

Not even 2 years removed from his triple bypass surgery for his heart, he came to Thrive just 8 months after his surgery.

Wanting to get his fitness and health back better than ever, he bought in 100 percent and didn't look back!

Goals: Get strength back, improve cardiovascular system, put on more muscle mass, become more mobile, and flexible.
Besides coming to Thrive 2 days a week, he goes hiking once a week and works out by himself 2 other days. 👊 💪

It was my first time playing in a 5 on 5 full court game or tournament since 2016 RCMP 25 year classic.

Working out and staying in shape definitely helps, however definitely was some rust before I hit a groove 😉

Thanks to these guys for putting on another great tournament!
