Took a small break and made this little cutie - how sweet is she?

She is a tiny little thing - approx 8” tall and 6”(arm to arm) wide

Made with soft minky, lined with fleece and lightly stuff with polyfil - she’s got the perfect amount of squishiness to her.

Still working on a few parts of her before I can start making her siblings for sale 🩷

What does the making for 45 Pocket Worry Bears look like? 🥰 it’s taking me all day - but I am loving each one of them!!

He is small; he is simple; he is slightly squishy and he’s that special little something that is small enough to fit in your pocket and large enough to hold all of your secrets and worries.

Recently I had a run of several dentist appointments and complicated situations at work that brought me a lot of anxiety 😥

To each appointment (that lasted approx 2 hrs each) I would take something different - a frog; a pickle and most recent - one that I have not yet posted - a tooth! 🦷 it worked! These help both sides - the softness and squishiness of the stuffy brought me a sense of calmness that all would be okay - and at the same time - the chair assistant was able to monitor my level of anxiety by the way I would hold the stuffy … it was a win-win for both sides.

At work - these little guys sit in all corners of my desk - no matter where I look - I see one and it makes me smile 😊

My first New Year’s committment - to make as many of these that I can so that others could enjoy a bit of that calmness as well.

I’m hoping to have these available in our little Etsy Store soon!

Two (2) more late nights and this season of orders is complete! Tonight I got to finish all but 3 items for my office girls … and 17 more balls 😳

As much as I am enjoying my quiet time - it will be nice to put crafting aside and get my house organized 🤗

So grateful though to have all this support from those around me ♥️

… but for now - nighty night - 6:30am comes by pretty quick!! 😴😴

Due to unforeseen circumstances atound me these last few weeks, I have not been able to fully commit myself to properly planning time to create all the amazing items I’ve had in mind to make available for my upcoming markets this weekend – so there are a few updates:

Unfortunately, I will no longer be able to attend the Belmont Holiday Market – but Mary Gene has kindly accepted to share my table with her amazing items so I will have a handful of items available – she will be next Maria so you need to check the tables out 👋🏻

Alex and Maya will be managing our table at the Willoughby Christmas Market so if you are in that area – please go by and say hello and see what we will have available for your Christmas gift needs this year 🤗

I will be managing our table at the North Surrey Holiday Market due to Ron having ankle reconstructive surgery last week and now not being able to assist – so if you are in that area – definitely come by and say hello – hugs will be welcomed ♥️

🎄 At the Belmont Holiday Market 🎄– I will have my wooden snowmen, some jumbo plush scrunchies and some of our popular fidget pocket friends

🎄 At the Willoughby Christmas Market 🎄 and 🎄 North Surrey Market 🎄– we will have a handful of the following: jumbo plush scrunchies; pretty fabric bowl cozy’s; some bear head warmers; a few of our new owl and unicorn warmers; fidget pocket friends; some of our popular plush snowballs; and a few other little items.

I’ve been pretty stressed this past week with not having much to offer for 1 table let alone 3 but I am making it work 😊

I am looking forward to getting out and seeing regular customers and potentially meeting new ones as well.

Our tables may look a little more bare than usual – and I apologize ahead of time for that – but I hope you are still able to come by and check out what we have at any of the 3 locations ♥️

⛄️ wooden snowmen ⛄️ I’m not much of a painter but thought I try these out this year.

Ron built me shelves in the garage and we had some left over ends - was a shame to throw them out so I painted them 🤣

I’ve sprayed them with a clear gloss coat to protect them - but not 100% sure they are weather proof so they will be on display as indoor items - the wood won’t melt but the smile may run down into a frown if wet 🤦🏻‍♀️ lol

They are all various heights and a little different than the next … all contain little fairy lights.

These will be available for sale at the Belmont Holdiay Market tomorrow - Saturday Nov 15th

Each $15 - only 6 will be available tomorrow but i have a bucket full of wood pieces to make more in the upcoming couple weeks.
