Even in Dancer’s Pose, allowing the standing leg to bend offers support and strength. There is no limitation here—only choice, alignment, and honoring the body you are in today. 🌿

🌿✨ With a full heart, I’m so grateful to share that I am now certified in Kundalini Yoga and Hatha Yoga.

This journey has been more than study — Kundalini has awakened layers of energy and connection within me, while Hatha has rooted me in balance, presence, and the beauty of moving meditation.

Both paths have taught me that yoga is not only about the body, but about the soul’s unfolding. I feel called to share these practices with others, to hold space for healing, alignment, and expansion.

Thank you to every teacher, guide, and moment of stillness that led me here. May this path continue to fuel the fire and light within me🤍✨
