Lap the Bluffs Lap the Bluffs is a unique trail running race set in the Smoke Bluffs Park in Squamish, BC. Race Day: September 5th, 2026

Runners will race the clock and lap the 4.1km course as many times as they can!

There are a few spots left in our Coffee Run. Itā€™s a fun category because itā€™s 1 lap of our punchy and epically scenic course. Then you relax and enjoy watching the 3hr racers with coffee in hand, feeling accomplished.

You can race for the fastest time, run it as a casual jog, or even hike the course. Up to you!

Registration closes this week.

Donā€™t miss your chance to join this super grassroots event. Our medals are all locally woodcut and painted by hand, our prizes are from local businesses like Sea To Sky Gondola, Garibaldi Eye Care and SkiUphill-RunUphill Squamish, and our aid station is fully stocked thanks to Nesters Market.

Did we mention the word LOCAL? This event is as local and community-minded as it gets. You wonā€™t find a race like this anywhere else but here.

Hereā€™s how it works.

You run as many 4.1km laps as you can in 3 hrs. You can start your last lap anytime before the 3hr mark. The person who runs the most laps in the least amount of time wins. Easy right?

Oh, and the lap has 180m elevation and some pretty techy sections.
