Recomp Update ✨
Continuing to rebuild muscle, seeing everything slowly tightening back up (especially through my back 👀) and feeling stronger and stronger. 😤
Utilizing (code “liftwithlisa” 2-week FREE trial) to keep me at maintenance calories while recomposition of losing fat and building muscle. Still at a point of being able to reap the benefits of “newbie” gains again after taking the last couple years off of lifting regularly so doing the bulking/cutting phases aren’t needed just yet to see progress. 🧱
