Classes starting Tuesday Oct 5th at Total Fitness in Embrun 7-8pm.
You will need to purchases passes from Total Fitness. If you have any questions please feel free to ask. Look forward to starting classes up again.

I'm so excited to be once again offering a Party for a Cause! This year's Zumbathon® Charity Event will be benefitting the Wi******er District Memorial Hospital (WDMH). The event will be held Wednesday September 8th starting at 7pm. Joining me will be instructors Leanne McLean and Katie Black! If the weather is on our side the class will be held outdoors in the Legion Field. If the weather doesn't permit, we will be redirected indoors to the arena hall which will result in limited spacing. The first 20 registered will be guaranteed a spot! Tickets will be available this evening at class or you can secure your spot by making a donation through EMT to [email protected]
As always, I'll have a few door prizes available for the Zumbathon® Charity Event.

It’s the great sadness, I have to post this, thank you to all of you who supported this family durning my last Zumba Fundraiser.

Beautiful Tessa passed away this morning, very peacefully. Her brave fight is over. She took her last breaths on earth while nestled in her mother’s arms, and passed into the welcoming arms of Jesus.

So thankful that she’s no longer suffering! My heart breaks for this amazing family that did everything in her power to help that poor girl!

Please continue to lift up Rachel and Rob and Rylee and pray for peace and comfort.

Tonight inside the arena on the arena slab at 6:30pm! Please remember to social distance and wearing masks upon entering the building are requested. You may remove the mask once class starts; however, if you wish to keep it on please do so.

The arena lobby is closed! Please enter through the side event entrance (door is located on the same side as the park).

With everything that has been going on, teacher strikes and the covid-19 virus I have decided to post pone starting classes up until Sept. I hope everyone stays healthy and has a great summer.
