What a way to kick off the season! ☀️ The U11 Sioux Hawks played their first tournament in Kenora this weekend through the heat wave. They put everything they’ve been working on in practice into action, played hard without complaint, and had fun together both on and off the field while making sure everyone stayed hydrated and happy. Proud of this team and looking forward to our next game in Dryden on Wednesday! 💙⚽

⚽️ SOCCER TRYOUTS ARE COMING! ⚽️

Tryout Dates:
• June 18th from 3:30 - 4:30pm
• June 19th from 3:30 - 4:30pm
• June 20th (rain date/ if needed)

Tryouts will be held at the old QE field (15 Fair Street) and are open to players born in 2015 and younger.

Second season of Sioux Hawks FC is starting soon!!

Do you have a child born in 2015 or later who's interested in trying out? Scan the QR code to sign up, and we’ll share the confirmed date/time for the first tryout soon.

Our first season was an absolute blast with so much growth, teamwork, and fun for the kids on and off the field. Looking forward to another great season together! ⚽️

Dryden is hosting a soccer referee course for kids 12+ on May 2nd! Our club will be looking for refs for our games this summer - great way to make some money!!

Spring is just around the corner, and we’ll be sharing details about our upcoming season very soon!

Although we’re looking forward to the months ahead, these past couple of weeks have carried a lot of emotion for our community.

Many of us knew Shera as the ultimate hockey mom, and she brought that same energy, heart, and humour to soccer. Shera was an amazing mom, a wonderful person, and a cherished part of our soccer community. She brought kindness, motivation, and steady support to the field, and her mood-lifting laughter was our favourite distraction on the sidelines.

We will miss her deeply. Our thoughts and love are with her family, and with everyone who is feeling her loss

The Sioux Hawks kicked off their first games of the season with incredible energy and teamwork! It was amazing to see the kids put their skills into action and play with such focus and determination.
