Sicamous Fitness Class Sicamous Fitness Class is a group of individuals that get together to workout, connect and have fun at the same time!

Sicamous Fitness Class is a place to workout and have fun too. All levels of fitness welcome and modifications will be offered on all exercises so there will be something for everyone. We meet on Monday evenings from 6-7 at the field on Larch Ave, beside the fitness park.

Get your butts over to Bosley's pet store in Sicamous.
They have a silent auction fundraiser going on, and I have donated an awesome basket. There's fitness bands, high protein snacks, bath salts, AND 2 free fitness class coupons.
It's a $100.00 value, and the current bid is $20!!
