Proud to see two of our Ladies in the Top 10 ,,Congratulations Barb and Patti , not far out at 14 and 15 are Bill and Pat in the men's division, Congratulations guys !! You 4 would be contenders in the final event at Wormburner Park Golf in Ohio !!

With only two more stops on the IPGAA Traveler's Tour, this is where we stand! Remember, Only top 3 tournament finishes count for each player... so while the top scores can still improve, if you haven't logged you full 3 rounds, you can still catapult yourself up the standings with another round!

The next two weekends will host the 2026 4th Annual Rines Creek Park Golf Open Championship followed by the 2026 Hocking Hills Wormburner Open!

Remember, only the top 3 finishes for each player count, so if you haven't played in 3 tournaments playing in one of these could catapult you up the standings!

Good afternoon everyone,
Hope your week is going well !!

We're just 3 days out from the Golfing for Rip Tournament, Saturday morning, registration @ 9:30 , tee off @ 10 , scramble/bestball format , please note ,,this is a benefit tournament to help Rip and his family with their stay in Toronto later this month. 100% of the 60$ team of 4 entry fee goes to the family. Please note this is a cash or etransfer event only .

Just 4 days out from our 4th Annual Rines Creek Park Golf Open Championship on Sunday , Course has been mowed and fully whippersnipped , its in tournament ready condition so come on out anytime and get that practice round in ,,included in the 30$ entry fee . The Travelling Wormburner's have arrived in the province and are on tour in Cape Breton for a few days before arriving here Saturday afternoon, all the way from Ohio just to play in this tournament !!! Also we have 2 from Destroyer Park Golf in Akron New York arriving on the weekend to compete as well .

Lots to do between now and then in preparation,,mostly mowing , getting the out of bounds defined clearly etc.

The course rules are on the website and I'll be printing them off for each foursome and going over them before each group tees off , we'll be strictly enforcing them , please remember that although this is Park Golf the etiquette and honour of the game is the same or even exceeds that of regular golf .

Good morning everyone,

Ive been getting some calls and texts about conditions today but despite all the rain the sand trap on #18 and a couple cups are only standing water on the course , its remarkably dry , I'm just heading out to give it a full mowing. There's a nice breeze blowing that'll dry things fast .

We're also open tomorrow,,Labour Day, Bailey is back on duty for the day , she's hoping to be kept busy,,lots of availability for a round . Come on out !! Just 20$ for a round , children and seniors 17$ 12 and under free !!

Hello Everyone and Happy Long Weekend !!

Looks like it's not going to be much of a golfing weekend,,looking like rain right through until midweek, disappointing as holiday weekends are typically very busy but it'll give me a chance to catch up on some maintenance and do a little prep work for the two tournaments next weekend , Golfing for Rip on Saturday, a benefit tournament, Scramble format and our 4th Annual Rines Creek Park Golf Open Championship on Sunday. The Travelling Wormburners all the way from Ohio , their home course is Wormburner Park Golf and we're excited and honoured to have them visit and participate in this Tournament. Also received word that at least one regular from Destroyer Park Golf in Akron New York is also making the trip , safe travels everyone,,can't wait to meet you all !!

The biggest tournament of them all in the Canadian Park Golf world is happening on the 26th ,the very first ever Canadian Park Golf Open Championship, this is a huge event for us to host and a real privilege, it signifies how far this game has developed in Canada in just 4 years . The winners of this will undisputely be the best Park Golfers in Canada!! Quite a title and a historic event . This is the hardware available to win , these trophies are the real deal ,,a permanent cup that will stay at the host course each year with winners names engraved and also keeper trophies for 1st, 2nd and 3rd in each division .Also the 2 trophies for the Rines Creek Park Open Championship.

In other news , the course was recently invited to join the IPGAA, ( International Park Golf Association of America) a real honour for me . Along with being a founding Member of the NAPGA and the Canadian Park Golf Association, being a member of the IPGAA helps grow this great game in North America .

Good evening everyone, hope your week is going well. Bailey did her last shift today so we're back to lock box only for rest of the season each day until i get home around 2pm. We now have some insect repellent available for anyone who wants it , just ask at Gazebo, these little towelettes are great . Just 2$ each.

Good afternoon everyone!!

Our busy weekend continued into Monday, some things to catch up on .

Congratulations to member Patti Highfield on setting the Ladies low round 6 under par 61 last week , a very good score!! Well done Patti !!

We had two Holes in one on Monday , Regulars Zack Horton aced # 11 and Joy Barbrick aced # 9 , Congratulations to both !!

September is here , summer just flew by it seems , Baileys last official day tomorrow, its been a pleasure having her here this season, by far the best addition to the course so far , she is very popular among all the golfers here and did a fantastic job. She's excited for school on Thursday and everything that comes with grade 10 , we wish you and all students a happy and safe school year ahead !!

We're adding a third tournament to the list this month , along with the Course Open Championship and the Canadian Park Golf Open Championship we're hosting a benefit tournament here on Saturday September 12th . Details on the poster, this will be a fun tournament to help out little Rip and his family on their upcoming trip to Toronto for some specialized therapy.

Lots of day left today and tomorrow looks good too ,,come on out and keep Bailey busy!!
