We’re excited to host three free introductory sessions, perfect for anyone curious about Capoeira—whether you’re brand new, returning after a break, or just looking to try something different!

 Kids Beginner Class

A playful, high-energy class where children can explore movement, coordination, confidence, and Brazilian culture in a supportive setting.

 Adults Beginner Class

Learn the foundations of Capoeira through movement, music, and connection. No experience needed—just bring comfortable clothes and an open mind!

 Adults Music Workshop

Discover the musical side of Capoeira! Try instruments, learn traditional rhythms, and experience the songs that bring the roda to life.

Each session is free, beginner-friendly, and open to everyone.
Bring a friend or come solo—our community is warm and welcoming.

We are delighted to welcome Contramestra Bia of Ajitu Capoeira to teach our kids workshop!

Contramestra Bia began capoeira in 1998 in Sao Paulo, Brazil and has traveled to more than 25 countries teaching capoeira and HIIT. She is currently finalizing a post-graduation in Neuropsychoanalysis as a way to blend her physical knowledge with the emotional/mental side. She is passionate about teaching people of all ages how to achieve optimal health and fitness results.

We always enjoy welcoming her charismatic personality to our academy and are excited to have her share a fun and exciting workshop with our kids this year!
