It’s heartbreaking to see two of our valuable players, Prabesh Malla and Saurav Shrestha, miss the remainder of the season due to injuries.

💔 Prabesh Malla suffered a fracture to his right leg, while Saurav Shrestha suffered a fracture to his right thumb.

Both players have been an important part of our team, and their dedication, hard work, and contributions throughout the season have meant so much to SNCC. 🙏🏏

Unfortunately, we will miss both of you during the upcoming playoff games, but your teammates will carry your spirit onto the field. 💪🔥

We wish Prabesh and Saurav a speedy and complete recovery. Take care, stay strong, and come back stronger than ever! 💙

A heartfelt thank you to the umpire and the Scarborough Cricket Association for standing with us and expressing your heartfelt sympathy and solidarity during this incredibly difficult time.

Nepal is currently facing a devastating natural disaster, with catastrophic floods and landslides causing tremendous loss of life, destroying homes and infrastructure, and leaving many families searching for their loved ones. The scale of this tragedy is heartbreaking, and the suffering of those affected is difficult to put into words. Rescue and relief efforts continue as communities struggle to cope with the enormous devastation.

During such a painful and uncertain time, the compassion and support shown by the Scarborough Cricket Association Inc. and the umpire mean a great deal to us and to everyone connected to Nepal. Your kind words remind us that, even in times of tragedy, we are not alone.

Our deepest thoughts and prayers are with all the victims, their families, those who are still missing, and everyone affected by this devastating disaster. May the rescue efforts bring hope to those still waiting, and may Nepal find strength and healing in the days ahead. 🙏🇳🇵

🏆🏏 What a Win! We’re Now Table Toppers in Scarborough Cricket Association Div 2! 🎉🔥

What a game for Scarborough Nepali Cricket Club! 🔥 The team put up a commanding 149/7 in 20 overs, with Sapnil Adhikari leading the way with a superb 55 off 37 balls playing captain knock. With the ball, Naresh Thapa delivered a brilliant spell of 4/10 in 4 overs, while Kiran Paudel contributed 2/1 and took a catch, and Prajwal Koirala added 2/20. 💪🏏

The all-round team effort restricted Scarborough Strikers CC to just 35/10, securing a fantastic win and a big step toward the top of the Scarborough Cricket Association Div 2 table! 🏆🎉

With this fantastic win, we’ve secured our spot in the semifinal! 🎉 We’ll face Whitby Sports on September 19 at 8:00 AM at Astonbee Cricket Ground. 🏏💪

Scarborough Nepali Cricket Club (SNCC) secured a fantastic 2-wicket victory over Whitby Sports in the Scarborough Cricket Association 2026 T20 Second Division! 🏆🇳🇵

🏏 Whitby Sports: 121/9 (20 overs)
🏏 SNCC: 122/8 (18.5 overs)
🏆 SNCC won by 2 wickets!

Whitby Sports came out very strong, scoring runs quickly and putting us under serious pressure. But Prajwal Koirala stepped up with an outstanding bowling performance, taking 2 wickets for just 9 runs in 4 overs and helping SNCC make a strong comeback! 🎯🔥
