looking for an opportunity to improve your fitness in the New Year?
I will be running Fitness Bootcamps starting January 2023 that focuses on Strength training, Power training, Cardio, Core, Balance, and Agility.
Classes are 60 minutes long and are available in both co-ed and Women's Only options on Monday and Wednesdays from 7pm-9pm.
