Hey Yogis and Friends!!
Its been a while since I have been on here :)
I hope you have had a wonderful summer.
Mine has been very full and busy as we gear up for an extended time away!!
I have great news!! I have found a wonderful Yoga Teacher to take over our Monday classes!! I am so excited about this, as she is the person who started these Monday classes over 20 years ago!! So I feel this is a beautiful coming full circle :)
Many of you probably already know Liz Young :)
Liz lives at Stowel Lake Farm with her family, and co-ordinates the retreats… She is a certified Vijnana Yoga teacher, and much more. She is a kind and curious person which leads to much beauty and inspiration. I am certain you will love her classes!
I don't plan to teach for the remainder of 2023. But please stay tuned for some yoga offerings online in the new year...
I have so loved practicing and exploring yoga with you all over the last several years, and feel sure that many of us will practice together again in the not-too-distant future. Until then, I wish you beautiful, blissful practices!!

Hello,
I am so happy to be able to teach on Monday nights again. Way back, when classes were happening in the Barn, I started teaching on Monday nights until I had my first baby when I took a bit of a break. Cathy Valentine took up the time slot and then Hanna. I am grateful to Hanna for passing the class along to me and for sending this out. I look forward to connecting with all of you this fall and winter.
Warmly,
Liz
