Weston Family Racing

09/20/2026

It was a long day for the WFR team yesterday at Petty but it was a good way to end the 2026 racing season. Hudson Weston won his heat race to start the feature in P11 with the 43 car looking strong while running in the top 10 for most of the race. The MSM 254 didn't disappoint the fans and Hudson finished the race in P8. Special thanks to everyone that stepped in for our pit stop.
Below are a few pics from the on-track autograph session where Hudson got to meet some young fans.

This is what our lap 7 in the 250 looked like on Monday at Speedway660. Speed Weekend 2026 will be remembered as a truly team effort. The Weston Family Racing pit crew were challenged early with a P17 starting position that landed us being caught up in a wreck on lap 7. The team had Hudson Weston back out on the track before the restart without losing a lap. During the next 220 laps there were communication issues, temperature issues, a quick pit stop, all with Hudson driving the heck out of the 43 car to be on the scoreboard in P5 with 20 to go. Unfortunately, another on track incident with 15 laps go, left Hudson scrambling in the dirt and ending the race in P10. Not the result we wanted, but the team knows we had a competitive race car.
Thanks to everyone for their time and commitment to the team. Special thanks to Travis Benjamin for joining the pit crew.

Good run for the 43 car last night at Petty. Started the race in P3 and looked strong until losing the power steering and finishing in P6.
It was a great day at the track and Hudson Weston had a chance to meet a few of his younger fans during driver introductions.
