Strength does not cancel out softness.

- 2 plain or butter quaker rice cakes
- 20 grams of natural peanut butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon + truvia mixture that I make at home
- ½ banana

High Protein Breakfast in Five Minutes 🍰

5 minutes, High protein and only 3 ingredients ✨

• 20 grams Quattro Vanilla Soft Serve Ice Cream
• 1 egg
• 1/2 banana

Directions

Blend
Spray a ramekin with cooking spray
Pour batter in
Microwave for about 60-75 seconds until cooked
Top with your favourite topping and serve!

Your Journey, Your Confidence: Be Unapologetically You.

Here is the hard truth:

True confidence isn’t developed by hitting a number on a scale or a clothing tag. It’s truly born from within, through self-discovery, and hard inner work. I repeat, if you don’t feel confident now, you will not be touched by the confidence unicorn once you hit a goal weight.

You need to start working on your confidence from day one.

Practice standing taller, changing the dialogue you have with yourself and others around you, allowing yourself to take space and stand out, and so much more.

You do not have to wait until you reach whatever your goal is for yourself to own your process and journey.
