Will these breakfast meals make you lose fat by themselves? No, they will not.⁣⁣⁣

Will these meals help you stay full, thus helping you stay in a calorie deficit (needed for fat loss) You betcha.⁣⁣⁣

If you are hungry after your routine breakfast, maybe it's because you did not eat enough protein/fiber.⁣⁣⁣

A diet high in protein and fiber will ensure that you are more full throughout the day since protein and fiber help keep us satisfied.⁣⁣⁣

If you follow a diet that is low in protein and low in fiber... you're going to have a bad time!⁣⁣⁣

Think about the current breakfast meals you eat.⁣⁣⁣
