Fundy Minor Football Association is currently accepting applications for a Summer Student Position to help support our growing football programs across the region.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with youth, sports programming, and being part of a positive football community.
Job Opportunity: Program Coordinator (Student)
Fundy Minor Football Association (FMFA) is seeking a motivated leader for a 12-week summer position (May 4 – July 27, 2026) to manage flag football programs and championships.
Accepting applications until April 5th 2026.
Key Responsibilities
Program Management: Plan, organize, and supervise Spring Flag programs, Middle School Championships, and the East Coast Games.
Outreach: Travel from Sussex to St. Stephen to introduce flag football to schools and community programs.
Administration: Manage visit schedules, develop practice plans, and communicate with school personnel.
Marketing & Coaching: Create social media content and serve as a coach/mentor for athletes.
Qualifications & Requirements
Eligibility: Must be enrolled in post-secondary education for Fall 2026.
Transport: Must have a valid driver's license and own transportation (mileage provided for travel outside Saint John).
Skills: Proficiency in document use, writing, numeracy, and computer tasks (laptop provided).
Language: English essential; bilingualism is an asset.
Schedule: Non-standard hours, including evenings and weekends.
