Today Marks a special Day I have been Running my Business for 4 Years today ,
To think I took an Idea , To put outdoor classes outside , In the parks in parking lots School yards and uptown Saint john , I knew then I was stepping outside my comfort zone, and I didn't know how it would go, but what I realized it is what Soul needed to bring People together, in the Communities
For a very long time nobody was using the parks everyone was just relying on gyms because a lot of people that are the only places you can get fit is a Gym with Machines ,
I wanted to change people's mind set that to Remember you are the Machine , and you can get fit anywhere you like , If you have the Courage to get out of your own way to do so,
So I had the Courage to build and Design my own Business, But I had to believe in myself even though I was scared and anything scary can be beautiful In the end I just had to believe no matter what ,
No matter how many times I threatened, and told a lie , and it was to try to distract me for Doing what I wanted ,People only do that so you don't see the light inside of you ,
Between Me and God , I made it work with Great friend Nasiyr McGill , him I talk about and then he also held me to it , to get out the parks and Here I am thriving and doing well , Bodyblast has Grown , I want to call myself business, Bodyblast has branch into the Saint john Religional Hospital In October 2025 ,
With most Beautiful Opportunity to start a pilot project, that has been thriving very well, It sure made me grow and to think another one my dreams came to true , I landed Beautiful team there who welcoming me with open arms who very supportive of me and one another , Culture well-being Team What a great team to be apart of .
If you have a Idea , Have the courage to do something with it , because you never no where it might lead you
I have been able to run this beautiful Business with lots support of the Community, through likes and shares the comments word mouth and the Friends and followers Thank you from the bottom of my heart Because without you this business wouldn't be where it's at .
Great Clients, Old and New you are Blessing, Bodyblast for me is More then Fitness, Come to the parks or where I will be this Summer and join my class , there Laughs and great workouts , who know you might make some new Friends , and Learn something new about yourself
