Our year-ending Epic Ride was this past Sunday and we think it’s fair to say it was fun! Roadies and Trail riders all showed immense creativity during the scavenger hunt. Trail Rec 2 came away with the narrow victory when they found a lost dog and returned it to its human 🥰 Thanks everyone for a great event. Stay tuned for details on other end-of-year events, and of course our off-season activities.

The rain wreaked havoc with August but we are still finding ways to get out and ride. Gravel rides, road rides, and some careful trail rides are all on the books.

Another year, another Dunnville Grand Tour
This well-supported event that raises money for mental health support is always on the Sunflower calendar. See you next year!

We are a little behind on our New Bike Day posting, but here are three happy Sunflowers with their new wheels to catch up! Stay dry out there, folks ☂️

It is often tricky to catch the road riders in their natural habitat, but Sunflowers are roadies, too!

Nine Sunflowers headed up the 400 to ride the Simcoe County Loop this weekend. Riding counterclockwise, the crew went from Midhurst to Barrie, Orillia, and on to Midland. Day two sent them off through Penetanguishene and Elmvale, and back to the cars. Smiles all around, absolutely would recommend - maybe next year, clockwise? Thanks Cycle Simcoe

What a gorgeous night for a bike ride! Ride Like a Girl Day had 85 riders come out to try the trails on mountain and gravel bikes. Thanks to our amazing sponsors, every rider received a goodie bag and a chance to pick something off the prize tables. More photos are coming but here are a couple to tide us over… Thank you to everyone who participated and made this event such a success! Who is coming next year?!

Today is finally Ride Like a Girl Day and did we mention there will be prizes? Of course, continues to support this event year after year. Thanks for helping make this ride so much fun!

Tomorrow is Ride Like a Girl Day, and while we’re anxiously watching the weather we are still excited to continue sharing about our sponsors! No surprise that is supporting RLAG as they have been with the Sunflowers from the start. Get your name on the waitlist for our event tomorrow and you might have a chance to win one of these prizes!
