Every throw sparks joy Individually, we come from different parts of Ontario and possess varying levels of dodgeball experience.

We are a group of friends who are passionate about this sport and share the common vision of creating an inclusive dodgeball community within the Niagara region. Together we have recognized the lack of authentic dodgeball in our area, and we’ve set out to fill that void. We aim to bring consistency to this sport so that local teams may enjoy league play, tournaments and even drop-in without the ad

ded frustration of having to adjust to different sets of rules, ball sizes and court sizes. Games will be played in alignment with the official World Dodgeball Federation (WDBF) rules and will be officiated by trained referees. Our organization welcomes all levels of adult players, beginners included. We value sportsmanship, friendly competition, respect for the game and officials, and of course FUN!

Congratulations to the Rockstars team on claiming the title of 2026 winter season champions! ⭐️

Each team brought their best this week, with both the semi-final and final games going into overtime - the energy was unreal!

Thank you to all the players who made this season so much fun! We are already looking forward to playing with you all again when league returns in the fall.

An extra shout out to our first youth “Prodigy” program coming to an end! It was a pleasure to be part of these young athletes’ journey as they learned about the fundamentals and sportsmanship of dodgeball and experienced the joy we can all relate to on the court.

PROVINCIALS WEEKEND HAS ARRIVED 🙌🏼 On Saturday, April 4th and Sunday, April 5th teams from across the province will be competing here in Niagara - at Canada Games Park!

It was a night for the books! 🎤

We had the pleasure of cheering on four of our incredible members as they were honoured for their contributions to the local dodgeball community. Their passion, sportsmanship, and leadership shine through in everything they do, making a lasting impact both on and off the court. Thanks to each of you for helping shape the sport and our community into what we know and love today!

An extra shout out to for stepping up and absolutely crushing it on the mic both last night and at the Dodge Wars event this past weekend. Ian knows how to bring the energy to a whole different level!

And finally, a huge thank you to & for bringing this to life - your recognition and support means the world to us! We can’t wait to see you again at Provincials!

Oh, and the comedy show? These folks had us in tears! 😂
